Biography

Billy discovered his passion for aviation at a young age and began his flight training before going off to college. While studying at Towson University Billy split his time between finishing his undergraduate degree in Geography and Environmental Planning and flight training. Blending his background with meteorology and cartography with flight training, Billy seeks to guide aspiring pilots from beginners to any level of flight training they seek to achieve.
