Biography

My name is Jason Reid, I’m a 25 year old Flight Instructor. I have been flying since I was 16 years old, and I have been a flight instructor since I was 19 years old. I have been flying for more than 9 years and have around 1000 hours of total flying experience.

Prior to flying at Frederick as a flight instructor, I worked as an instructor at another flight school in Maryland for 2 years. In my time as an instructor, I have trained both private pilot and commercial pilot students and have never had a student fail a checkride. I have trained people who are looking to get their private pilot certification for hobby flying, and others who have a goal of becoming an airline pilot.

I am also high performance and complex aircraft certified, and have helped many people get their complex or high performance endorsement.
