Biography

Sam’s love for aviation goes back as far as he can remember. As both the son and grandson of aviators, and growing up in the hometown of the Wright brothers, his world was filled with the wonder of flight from a very young age. Taking the leap to turn his passion for aviation into a career seemed only natural, and in the fall of 2019, he did just that. Since then he has had the fortune of flying Piper Cubs off grass strips, float planes in Alaska, helicopters in the Black Hills, and is now thrilled to take the next step in his flying journey instructing at the Frederick Flight Center.
